Wholesale Policies and Restrictions

- All wholesale customers are responsible for full shipping and box charges.

- Orders must be paid in full prior to being shipped out. We invoice wholesale orders via Stripe or PayPal, but a Credit Card can be provided over the phone (wholesaler is responsible for credit card processing fees). 

- If you choose to use UPS or FEDEX for your shipments, you will be assuming all risk and loss due to any service disruptions or failures. Any animal loss and shipping container charges will not be reimbursed.

- Wholesale shipments via AIR CARGO are insured by the airlines, therefore, we recommend always using air cargo for your shipments of live jellyfish. We ship with Southwest, United, and Delta. 

- We generally ship via air cargo on the expedited services offered by each airline, such as Southwest Airlines Next Flight Guaranteed, Delta AVA, and United EXP. 

- Preferred ship dates for shipments via AIR CARGO must include at least 2-3 days lead time, in order to organize air cargo shipments.

- In the event you do not recover your shipment upon arrival, we will not guarantee the survival of the animals. The shipment must be picked up and animals must be acclimated the same day as arrival.
